I've been a member of the Kitchener Waterloo Association of Realtors (KWAR) for the past 29 years. I joined Re/Max in 1993 and became a Broker that same year. Since then I have obtained ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). In the past, I have been a director of KWAR and have chaired or served on most board committees. I currently sit on RECO's Discipline and Appeals Committee. 

Dave and I became partners in 1995 to better serve our clientele with quality service and and client satisfaction. We specialize in residential real estate -- both new and resale. I've lived in Waterloo since 1980 and raised three children here. I'm originally from Guelph and still have family there. I sell real estate in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas. With Dave's agricultural background, we are also experienced in selling rural properties.

I believe that as a team, we give our clients an excellent real estate experience. Our different strengths complement each other for a well-rounded team approach. I am the "detail person" who makes sure all the documents are drawn up professionally and reflect our clients' wishes. Dave is the tough negotiator who gets the best deal for our clients whether they are buying or selling. We both enjoy working with clients to make their real estate experience pleasurable and stress-free. This has been proven in our success as a team with most of our business coming from repeat clients or referrals. Referrals are now often the children of past clients!

When not selling real estate, I enjoy working out at Goodlife Fitness and attending Zumba classes at Studio Fuzion in Kitchener. I have been a volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society and the Westvale Community Association for many years.
