I've been a licensed real estate representative since 1981and have been with Re/Max since 1985. I have a solid background in residential, investment and all types of agricultural properties. I have an agricultural background, having graduated from Kemptville Agricultural College.
Since 1995, my wife Trudi and I have been team selling real estate. We feel this approach can better serve our clients with a well-rounded real estate experience. I particularly enjoy negotiating on behalf of our clients, whether buying or selling real estate. I also have SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations to better serve our clients. We have a solid client base with many repeat clients and referrals. We serve Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas.
Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm active locally as both a mason and a Shriner. I look forward to serving Waterloo Region and beyond as a community volunteer and realtor for many more years.
